Do not use First Health Insurance company for anything. They are based in Florida, and verbally know every trick in the book to trick you into believing they are an actual insurance company. 

It starts off with an internet search of a specific company you are looking for. This company, First Health, bootlegs your search & all of a sudden you find yourself linked to them. They sound interesting, you fill in your info so you can receive more information & within a second they are calling you (struck me as odd, but for some reason I went with it, I guess because I was very motivated to try & get insurance ASAP)

They "befriend" you, speak quickly, know every trick of wording things so you THINK you are getting dream insurance & leave you wondering "this is too good to be true" - which it is, and if this is real, why is the whole USA, not going for this policy.

Though they cover all of the legal basis of what they are NOT, they contradict themselves & start telling you that they only take on healthy people, they can afford to cover every body at 100% because of everyone paying into this "healthy pool".

They claim to cover everybody at 100%, no deductables, etc. Yes, I know, stupid. But when you are on the phone asking questions, they have an intelligent answer for everything. They lie by omission. What they fail to say, you are covered 100% up to ______. 

Did the whole pressure thing that if I didn't sign up that day, the first of the month would hit in 2 days & I'd have to wait a whole extra month to be covered, etc.

After I paid a total of $353.91, and after researching further, only to find out I was basically covered for Nothing, as in: I no longer have access to the details since I cancelled my membership in less than a day, But it is rediculous stuff, like they cover 100% of ICU up to 5 days for $250/day (if that). Or emergency room for $500 (I am making up these prices, but basically, you could be left w/ 10s of thousands or more of bills and they cover like a hickups worth of expenses).

If they tell you to "not be scared of all the contract stuff they have you say 'yes' to, that it really doesn't mean what IT says, & to go by their verbal directions" - hang up, run, don't believe them.

This just sounds stupid the more I write here. Just don't be gullible like me. 

They did refund me all but $35 for the RX portion, for non refundable enrollment fee. I feel like I didn't "ENROLL" in anything. I cancelled in less than a day & prior to any policy beginning.

Basically, for all the chumps that get caught up in this mess, they are collecting $35 all day long, I'm sure to the tune of thousands, and I'm supposed to feel fortunate to just be out $35.

When I called to get my $35 back, they tried to turn it around on me, as in "you are actually calling over $35?" and "You spoke to our agents for over an hour" (as though they were doing ME A FAVOR TO STEAL MY $). I made it clear that it wasn't the $35, but the principal of the matter. And as far as taking up THEIR agent's time, I made it clear that they wasted MY TIME, & lied to me through their teeth. All they do, is throw the fact that in the online contract that they do on the phone where they have you saying "yes, yes, yes" to everything, is how they get to keep the $35 they steal from you. 

Do not do business with First Health, or Access Liberty Health (subsidiary). Scam, thieves, YOU WILL NOT BE COVERED FOR WHAT YOU THINK and you will be out far more $ than they will ever cover you for. It's nothing but some legal loop hole for them to steal.

Since I made my report, First Health PPO did approve my final $35 refund and actually refunded it, but not without unethical behavior on their part and effort on my part. It was stressful.

I still stand by my opinion, that their business is not a legitimate service and should NOT be legal. Insurance companies are already bad, this company is worse!
