First Horizon Homes Loans Promisses that your loan is approved, deny loan at day of closing! Louisville Kentucky
Katherine & Cindy at First Horizon Home loans assured me for two weeks that my home loan was approved, then I spent over $1500 in appraisals and inspections to purchase the home. Only for them to change their minds the day of closing. All of this after I provided them with all the documentation they requested up front so there would be no issues. They take advantage of their customers, not only am I out $1500 but I lost a home that that I was going to earn over $50,000 in equity because it was a foreclosure. They should not mislead customers to believe everything is fine if they cannot provide what they promissed! Further more they will not even give me a legitimate reason for the denial, and wont return my calls. This is not the way to treat people!
