Thank you for the "Friendly Advice". However I never signed and "as is agreement". Also the individual that sold it is the owner of the company. All of my information in this report is factual. If it was not it would be considered libel not slander. My information however is not based on hearsay. It is indeed factual and the owner will need to disprove my claims in order for it to be considered libel. I however can prove my claims. However as I said thank you for your "friendly advice".

It would appear to me that this issue is with an individual, and not a corporation. Just a friendly suggestion, but you may want to use caution when slandering a business based upon hearsay. If this corporate entity sold this machine in any condition other than "as-is", and you have a signed document stating the condition of this machine and the terms of sale, then you are acting within your rights as a consumer. However, if this was a deal between individuals, then this type of report could very well be considered slander, which is punishable by law. Friendly Advice---
