First Premier Bank RIP-OFF - Predator that feeds off of hard working people with low credit - Looses payments and charges unjust fees! Sioux Falls South Dakota
I have been attempting to pay off this credit card for the better part of the past year.
Unfortunately I have not been allowed to do so because First Premier Bank has mysteriously lost 10 of my USPS mailed payments since the fall of 2004 that would have paid off the total balance due. This has caused me extreme financal stress and choas to boot.
I have physical proof of this; I always copy checks when mailing them out, and have 10 copies of the checks that are missing.
In addition to this un-professional practice First Premier has claimed that 2 of my online payments were NSF'd by my bank, this is a bold faced lie. My accounts had plenty of funds available to make the payment.
My bank has looked into this as well and has nothing to show that First Premier ever attempted to process the payment. Furthermore my bank never NSF'd any item from First Premier Bank Card, and has noted my account of this.
My bank even offered to have First Premier call them via 3rd party and discuss this matter, First Premier declined. Also First Premier only looses payments that either exceeds $100.00 or if I make double payments (i.e. 2 payments in one month) they loose the second one.
Thus I have evidence that First Premier has been deliberately withholding payments toward my debits owed, so that they can charge me late fees and over limit charges.
Do not use them if you have low credit and are trying to re-build it. I suggest HSBC Mastercard.
