I have been a card carrying member with this credit card company for the last 6-7 months. I would like everyone to know what kind of a company this is. DO NOT get this credit card. Their staff is very rude, and disrespectful. I had approved to have a payment taken out of my checking account on the 18th of Nov.. I then realized that i had messed up in my checking account and was also starting a new job, so I called the customer service to let them know not to take the money out of my account due to the fact that i didnt have it. I was told thanks for calling. Everyone was very curteous.

End of problem? NO!!

I then find out that on the 18th they did indeed take the money out of my account which bounced, and drew my account negative. I also had my car payment, my rent, and grocery checks to go through. So in turn all checks bounced. Ended up drawing my checking account almost 300 dollars negative. I called the cc company and explained what was going on and wanted to know what was going to be done about it. I was told that I needed to call my bank and have them reverse the charge. I then called my bank and they told me it couldnt be done that way. I in turn called the cc company again and ended up talking to Rich a supervisor. Very nice.

I was reassured that I needed to go to my bank to fill out a form for an unauthorized charge on my account, and that it would be credited immediately to my account. I was also told that my overdraft fees would be reimbursed by check, by mail. I went to my bank filled out all the nessecary paperwork faxed a copy of my statement showing my overdrafts. this was all done the day before Thanksgiving. I was told that my check would be mailed out the following Thursday.

I recieved a phone call about a week later, asking when i was going to make a payment. I explained what had happened, and let the rep know that i wasnt sure when i would be able to make a payment until i recieved the check. She was very appoligetic the whole time and continued to appoligze many many times.

About 3-4 days later i recieved another call. A rep named Val was the one who called. This was the worst rep I had ever spoken to in my life. I was told that I had no idea what i was talking about, that i had never made the payment because they never got any money, that i had stopped payment on the transaction before it could go through, and that when the presented the transaction to my bank that it was denied.

I then went to my filing cabinet to get my bank statement, and overdraft notices. I tried explaining what had happened, and she would hear none of it. She refused to let me talk, she became very beligerant with me, i asked to talk to a supervisor, and was refused, i asked to speak with someone that was going to treat me with respect, and was refused. I then tried to explain again only to be cut off many times.

When I told Val that i had the overdraft notice in my hand and bank statement that proved that the money had been taken out of my account she told me that i didnt know how to read. I was then told that she knew what she was talking about because she had been in the banking business for over 20 years. I in turn told her that my mother has been in the business for 40 years. I was then told that i was dumb because i didnt know how to read.

I was finally told her name, and I hung up on her. I then called the cc company back and explained what had happened and was put on hold for a min or 2 and then transfered to a supervisor. I ended up talking to the same supervisor who had told me to go to my bank and fill out the papers Rich. I explained what had happened, and was reassured that it would be handled immediately after getting off the phone with me. I was also told that my check had been mailed the day before. that was last friday.

Today it is now going on thursday, a week later. Still no check. I tried calling yesterday to find out what was going on and was told that the manager was busy and couldnt talk at the time and that i would be called back. NEVER HAPPENED. I want to know what is going on, and where my check is. I had to cover the overdraft fees that were incurred because of this company, and yet i am still hounded by calls asking when i am going to make a payment. DO NOT GET THIS CARD.

Just got off the phone yet again with first savings, talked to a very nice rep who looked back in the notes on my account and verified that I had indeed called them and let them know that I wasnt able to make my payment. When asked why I had just been told by her supervisor that there was no note of that phone call, and why I wasnt going to be reimbursed she had no answer. I was told that all she could do would be to forward it on to someone for further review. What is this company doing to people? Why are they getting away with it? Where does it stop? What is going to be done about it?

I talked to the same person who told me last week that it had been mailed, and was told that it was not sent now and that they were not responsible to pay back my overdraft fees. When i had my conversation with the disrespectful rep Val, she told me every call that had been made and what each entailed. I was just told that i had never called and told them not to take the payment out of my account, which is wrong, because that was one of the calls Val told me about. When asked why I was told that the check had been mailed last thursday if in fact it hadnt been, the story was changed to " Sir I have no record of that being said". "That is not what i told you. I said best case scenario is that it was mailed yesterday". Bottom Line- This company is not out to help anyone build their credit back up. They are out for the mighty dollar, and to make your credit worse. They lie, cheat you out of the little bit of money that you have, and cover up things so that they dont look bad. DO NOT ACCEPT THEIR CREDIT CARD!!!!!!!!!
