Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

i was notified by phone from a company named five star placement, the guys name was steve hauck, he said he works for google and that for $99.00  a month and a $198.00 processing fee my  real estate ad would be on front page of google, i told him i no longer practice real estate, but if i could use the same service to promote my sons music video, specifically when people type in his name, a link would be available on right hand column to purchase itunes music and view video, he said ok lets get the payment arrangement done and we will get going, so i told him give me two weeks, he called back in two weeks and i gave him acct number, they took the money out of my acct but never did what i asked them to do which was post a link on right hand column so people can purchase my kids music and watch video, remember i am thinking thy are google, not a company that only sells google products, anyway after several emails and phone calls no respose from anyone, they do not ever answer the phone, they do not ever respond to emails, help me stop these people from ripping off others with there misleading advertising scam. i also read a complaint by some people in india who are having same problem, but to them they use the name star placement, this is an international scam as well.

Firstly we are only located in the US and only do business within the states. We have no ties to the other company mentioned.  Our records show that the service was authorized in the form of a post dated payment to be ran on 11/15/2014.  An email confirmation was sent with our "Terms of Service" PDF attached.  This attachement contains the search phrase you purchased along with payment and service agreement.  We did not receive contact from you regarding this issue until 12/9/14  (6 days before your next billing date) so unfortunately due to the cost of hosting the Ad placement we are unable to process a refund.  We send this "Terms of Service" attachment with payment confirmations to avoid any confusion or miscommunication regarding our services.
