Sandeep, We are sorry that your experience with FixYa was not a pleasant one. According to FixYa Expert Agreement, Expert's account are credited upon the earlier of (i) a confirmation by the user that the problem has been solved; or (ii) 7 days after Experts provide their answer to the user. We evaluate Expert's account on the first business day of each month with respect to the earnings of the preceding month. In the event that they have more than $50 of earned income in their account, FixYa will transfer their earnings within 30 days thereof to their account. FixYa reserves the right to remove pending earnings in an Expert's account in the event such Expert did not execute a registration form for a payment program and/or is not active for a period of more than 90 days. We have over 50 experts with the name Sandeep, so it's hard to respond to your particular case. I can assure you that we always meet our obligation to pay our experts, according to the rules summarized above. These rules are described in our Expert Agreement, which you agreed to before becoming an expert on Fixya.com.
