Flycell.com ripoff New York
I was charged 29.97 for three downloads on a phone that does not have downloading capabilities, i never agreed to any charges on line or off line, Sprint claims the company will issue the refund on my account, no one will contact me via e-mail or other wise. I have been ripped off! If anyone knows who to sue please let me know! I'm going for damages, i'll let the judge decide how much these techno-thiefs should pay for this! There are all kinds of illegal issues here, privacy practice, faa trade regulations, I think Sprint is the deep pocket here for giving up my billing info as well. There's gotta be a decent lawyer out there interested in taken down a dot com company let me know!
