Took my car in with my mom for 2 business class details only to pick them up and my car was still dirty on inside car doors at the top, door jam on 1 door, both front seats and back seat and rear arm rest were untouched as far as cleaner but vacuumed. A dirty spot in the middle of back carpet was as untouched . As I drove I pulled down both sun visors and mirrors were untouched as well as eyeglass holder. Outside of my vehicle was shiny but $69 for a amazon groupon detail $139 value is a joke. Can't belive I paid $69 for a carwash. I'm pissed to say the least. I guess us being 2 women of color was all the difference. What do we know or maybe they didn't care? The young man said for an additional $10 he could have steamed the seats but didn't bother to offer it or call me. Just stuttered and apologized as I showed him where the car was still dirty. I've already cleaned most of it with Armor all multi purpose and it wipes right off. They even had a detailed bill printed for an additional $29 for gratuity and tax. Definately lost there minds. Mom's vehicle is pretty new so she wasn't as disappointed but white water spots and lint/dust all over her black Lincoln that was supposedly spray waxed. Really??? SMH I even took pictures |
