The average joe would have taken a move to commit harm to himself or this a*hole to stop what he was doing, so that shows the type of character you have, man. People shuld respect that. Thanks for all of your support, everyone! It's great to know this guy hasn't misled my closest supporters and friends. And to those who he did mislead...I'm sure you feel pretty idiotic by now considering the number of lies he told you and those of authority! It's stated that time heals all wounds. In this case, time spoke the truth! It's been awhile since I heard from or of Matthew Kent Baker (1/4/67), especially after his major head surgery. 1) -Sorry, no FBI "case number" against Sebastian Alverius ....I checked. 2) -No warrant out for my arrest....I checked. 3) -There is NO ONE in the agency looking for Sebastian Alverius...I checked. I wish to make the facts clear and out in the open... I met this guy, Matthew Kent Baker (1/4/67), during the summer of '12. Yes, he approached my company and me to do business and purchasing phones. Yet he quickly became an investor and commission paid associate of my company.  Email, bank records and signed documents proves it.  While working for me, Baker attempted on several occasions to divert customers funds to his girlfriend's bank account without my knowledge. Company email records prove this.  He also tried stealing my supply contact list so to do business on his on. When that was initially not completed successfully, he attempted the extort the return of his investment to my company. His level of extortion and blackmail resulted in making false accusations across the Internet all because I wouldn't initially return an already processed investment prematurely due to honest corporate protocol. Baker, out of greed and disgusting character, continued to defame me online. He even made a false complaint with the FBI, claiming I was stealing from customers. Soon I gave in and decided to give his money back, provided he stop his defamation tactics. I began putting the documents together, but while I was working honestly on my end, Baker still continued defaming me behind my back. Emails can prove this.  So, customers demanding their money back and bills increased to a point of no return due to Bakers lies and actions. And it was at this point I decided to cancel any and all checks sent to Baker and pursue legal action instead. My decision to do this resulted in 540 days of continued harassment and blackmail by this deranged a*****e, as you probably have seen throughout the Internet. He was so desperate he even hacked in one of my personal emails so to steal and delete possible evidence against him in a court proceeding.  I have nothing to hide guys. I simply wish for the truth to come out to the people that deserves to know. Yes, there are customers that didnt get thier return. And I hate that to be the case, as I attempted so much to run a successful business and care much for my customers. Anyone who has operated a business knows the type of damage serious defamation can do to a successful business. Baker, because of disgusting greed and hotheadedness,  damaged my company and credibility for the short term. He also lost his chance of getting his money back in the process. And with his almost 20 year rap sheet of fraud, theft, tax invasion and harrassment, it is clear he is not a person you can trust or be around.  I only wish I have never met the man.

 I want to apologize to Sebastian for all I have done to him. The statement above is a lie and it was wrong for me to post it. The truth is I needed my investment back from his company and did anything to get it back, including extortion and blackmail. I used my daughters' child support funds as an investment to his company and to purchase electronics. I hope Sebastian forgive me and I wish him well into the future.

 I co-owned a business across from Shakers in Pullman, wa. Actually lived with co-owner of Skakers. I saw the whole thing unwind. Still good friends with co-owner. Poor guy lost all his money. As far as I know Baker put little to no money into business, then mysteriosly opened another bar in Pullman with siphoned Skakers cash. Worst part is these guys were chilhood friends. I take full responsibility for this comment as my buddy has moved on with his life. After paying all the debt the business incurred. I knew this guy was shifty from the satrt. He buddied up with my business partner and constantly tried to get us to loan him money to keep Skakers running. Thanfully I never allowed funds to leave my company.

As far as Tim and his recent comments, he is willing to do whatever he wish, but I will not be personally responding to his tantrums and accusations via this site because it's pointless. If he wanted to contact me directly,  he always knew how. He was a former client of ACI and business partner to Ford Smith Electronics (if the proof needs to be documented, I will have the VAMB team post the corporate email and LinkedIn correspondences and profile info) and is currently upset due to the losses of a 2012 purchase that was sabotaged along with the company itself. He is also the same guy who had been in communication with me for almost 2 years following up to the day I informed him personally by phone and facebook communication that I will no longer be communicating directly with him any further due to incomplete requests I asked of him (all calls were recorded). I never ended our communication without formal closure, and he knows that (if I must post that proof as well, I will allow it).

As far as this entire situation,  I have done everything from responding to personal complaints, to paying clients out of pocket, to responding to the BBB, to becoming a guest on a national talk show! Baker was also invited to present his evidence and justification on the show, but according to the producers, he quickly declined and refused to answer further calls. The show will air in 2015.

Although I didn't have to, I tried to personally pay the clients out of pocket but it became too much for me. If that's a crime, so be it! In the end, I will continue moving forward with VAMB and my life, for I'm not going to dwell on the past. 2012 is over. It's now 2014. Let's focus on the future.

Several weeks ago, this would have been a done deal. Dr. PHIL of the Dr. PHIL show would have filmed the anticipated interview and comparing of evidence with Alverius and Baker present. But it was Baker who immediately bowed out and refused to fly to Los Angeles to express his "truth". Cost wasn't a factor, it was paid by CBS and Paramount. And time should not have been a factor either because producers would have worked around all schedules for the two day trip and three-hour long filming. 

The good news is we have a second shot at making something similar happen. Sebastian Alverius officially demands that there be a full one-on-one debate and showcase of all evidence supporting both sides and accounts to what actually occured with Alverius and Co from March 2012 to May 2014. Baker's required participation will confirm his views and opinions, along with Alverius'. The experience will be video-recorded and can be done via video conference or in person. Few technical players and I will also be present to ensure proper recording and standard moderation. The recording and materials shown will be immediately turned in to law enforcement officials following the event.

Sebastian warned me Baker would deny my existence. I'll keep my next statement brief.

Everyone associated with VAMB has requested that Sebastian not communicate or deal with Baker, because it will only lead to pointless arguing and endless debating, while taking the attention away from the needs at the moment. Yes, I feel sorta insulted to being considered unreal by this guy I never met and has a rap sheet a mile long, but in my profession, I expect such irrational claims. I didn't know I would receive future post updates, otherwise I would have blocked the option. But, in my professional opinion,  there is no need for Sebastian to respond to his comments for concern Baker would manipulate the dialogue. Second, I can't completely prove I am real, unless you visit me in New York or offer to speak with me on the phone. But if you view this entire issue intelligently,  it doesn't matter if I am fake or non existent because this does not directly associate with me, while a more important question still requires attention; Is there clear and justified proof in what Baker is seriously claiming? If so, the evidence alone will solve all of this.

If you truly wish to believe Baker, you need to first request for clear evidence backing his claims. Next, review the evidence we have with VAMB. In other words, do your homework accurately before believing either side. Trust the facts on this one, not your bias instincts or the word of a person who's bearing his own flaws in his past. 

And as an acknowledgement, I don't think a national television show would trust in and take serious a matter that is false or misleading. They've already done their homework prior to spending thousands to air the story on its airwaves. And, if I'm not mistaken, Baker was offered the same opportunity to come on the show, air his views and showcase his evidence, which may have increased support for his side. Yet, he quickly turned them down without explaining his reasons. Just like he failed to take any legal action against Alverius and Co, even early in the game, he decides at the option of gawking his pride on profit- driven scam sites, while remaining in a corner with others that are so easily influenced.

Sebastian stop writing rebuttels as someone else... It's easy to tell that you're doing it.

I'm Genesis Ballard. For almost 14 years, my residence has been in the upper east side of Manhattan,  NY. For 12 of those years, I've worked with several news affiliates, including Channel 12 News, Pix 11 and Fox News. I have also associated my work on several news columns in various magazines and newspapers. Now that you know who I am, ridding ourselves of the question of incredulities, we can get to the more pertinent stuff. 

When Sebastian, along with a friend from the NY Chamber, asked me to take part in the confidential research project of Baker and the occurances between March- December 2012 of Alverius and Co, he only had one direct request- to expose the truth, no matter who's at fault. If he was the source of the problem, expose him. But if Baker, once we determine who this guy really was and whatever his deal is, was the source, unleash holy h***. Fortunately for everyone,  that's exactly what we tried to do.

Everyone knows that, in journalism, there lies little room for fabrication and deceptive practices, or at least we journalist try to follow the assumed goal.

Much of what we discovered fell in line with the hypotheticals: Matthew Ken Baker was up to no good and Sebastian was a victim within his own company. Since Alverius and Co didn't truly exist for no more than six months before Baker joined the ranks, Sebastian had very little time to create a conning enterprise. The evidence and history proved this. Also, all of the evidence (including emails, phone recordings, signed documents) showed Sebastian to only want to satisfy an honest business with Baker, not to mention his other clients. While being extremely secretive with his contacts and sources for his protection and long term growth, he provided only the best in business to his customers, as much he knew how. He had no criminal record and his non-criminal background at the time was clean.

Baker, on the other hand, had very little left to be desired. His records went back to over 12 years, at the time. And he committed acts of defamation and larceny against past associates, including bar owners, his primary showcase. Once we ended the research on Alverius and Co and Sebastian, we knew immediately that the investigation of Baker would eventually turn into the investigation against Matthew Ken Baker. This was inevitable. Not to mention the vast number of other victims he encountered and made, this was going to be challenging and shocking. But what made it shocking was that you typically don't find too many negative findings against the opposing side - you assume more than you discover. Yet, this investigation left nothing for just assumption.

Most of the evidence has already been turned in to respective authorities, as this project unfolds. But we have saved copies on disk drives for future uploading and viewing on the VAMB site, should the need to present them sooner approaches us unexpectedly.  

We only wanted to expose the truth into what happened with Alverius and Co. I'd say we fulfilled that commitment.

I have never in the past posted a single thing about sebastian online because I thought it wasn't necessary to go that level but I completely change my mind. Sebastian alverius from alverius and company has scammed alot of people. I can literally make a list of 10 people who I know he owes a lot of money to including myself. After a first purchase of buying ipod touches from him through paypal which was for 5 units through paypal. We decided to make a bigger purchase from him for 50 ipod touches which totaled around 10-11k we never recieved the products. I can literally go into details about all his lies but long story short, he made up excuses that hes going through trouble and that he has health problems. it has been 2 years now and we have still not recieved a single dollar from him. about 8 months ago he had this guy from new york named james who was claiming to be a lawyer contact me to make a payment plan but that never happened as sebastian dissapeared. In the end james even called me and said that he just knew sebastian and was trying to help out sebastian without any fee but it seems like sebastian was lying to him as well and he said hes off the case.

Long story short. sebastian is a BIG liar. He tricked people into believing him in the begnining by getting them small orders like 5-10 units to gain their trust and after that he would recieve a big wire transfer to his bank for a bigger order and then just start giving excuses. I do now know what he used other people's money for but I know he has took a total of 750-900k from all customers combined.

Matt baker was never a part of his company. Matt baker was just a customer like all of us trying to buy products from him to re sell and make money like we all do but in the end when matt baker revealed his truth in front of people which caused sebastian alot of problems, he started making him lies that it was an investment. There was no agremeement or contract that states that Matt baker had invested money with him.

The following statement was sent by an actual client on Saturday, October 6, 2012 at 2:01pm EST. I have received over six statements similar to this one, claiming Matt K. Baker went against his signed NON-COMPETE AND CONFIDENTIALITY AND NONDISCLOSURE Agreements with my company, after secretly gaining a list of clients (non-updated) from a former contracted associate and attempted to motivate each of them into purchasing from him newly put together enterprise with "legit" prices called APPLEBULKPRODUCTS.COM. Matt K. Baker's actions sparked a major outcry amongst the staff and clients alike, simply because he was greedy for a dollar and didn't care who he wanted to hurt. But don't just take my word for it (I am maintaining the secrecy of the client due to privacy and safety concerns):

I am writing this letter to inform you that I have been contacted by a former client of yours, Matt Baker.

Matt has sent an email claiming that you are a scammer and never planned to send me my products. He claims you have scammed him as well as 11 other people.

My husband spoke to him on the phone immediately after receiving the email and Matt pretty much described this situation as a classic Ponzi scheme on your part. He explained that what you do is you take small orders from clients and send their products, then you get them to do a big order and you keep the money with no intention of ever sending the products. Therefore, I will never see my money or the products again!

...Now, of course I am in shock and disbelief!

Matt Baker said that your prices are impossible and too good to be true, yet why did he receive product from you with your prices? [He says] he has his own suppliers and can never get the prices you are offering. However, he says his suppliers are absolutely legit and send products out within a week of payment. His suppliers also accept escrow which assures customers that they get the products before the supplier gets the money!

So basically all in all, you are being called a scammer, liar and fraud by this guy and he wants everyone to work with him. 

In the past 24 hours, I received direct emails from Matt K. Baker (DOB: 1/4/67, SSN:***-90-5914) wishing that I "kill [my]self and rid the world of the piece of sh*t that [I am]... You know you should do it... Do the world a favor... Put that cold piece of steel in your mouth and pull the trigger..." 

He also announced (for the millionth time) that he plans to continue going online and attack me with his lies, allegations and coverups of the truth unless I "die or kill [my]self!" 

And while I personally feel sorry for the man and wish he would seek much needed help for his hotheaded outbursts, I do pray for him in hopes he gain some sort of comfort in his life, for any middle-aged father of two that find the time to send emails like the ones he sent me during his own time of self-reflection should seek a tremendous amount of guidance, whether it be psychological and/or spiritual.

The purpose of the LET'S WORK THIS OUT, SEB! Campaign is to respectfully deal with any past issues that may need to be resolved, not just in my own life, but the lives relating to others we facilitate. And in order to succeed in our task, we must adhere to the amount of respect that is required for each human being involved. Intimidation and threats will not get me, or anyone, to respond in any way. 

Here are some facts that I hope Matt K. Baker understands (but my belief reflects the opposite): HIS threats and intimidation do NOTHING against me psychologially/emotionally , although HE stole my clients and costed me hundreds of thousands of dollars in lost business (and yes, I am still planning to sue him highly for that). And having the nerve to demand money from me after all of that makes him look to be such an INSANE JACK*SS....Both he and his actions scream that they are COMPLETLY RETARDED and INSANE! 

As I stated through past statements, both online and via private email, I have tried to work with him in moving on from this, but HE chose and chooses to continue to make a fool of himself. 

Since he bagan his crap games on September 20th 2012, I have received a TON of support from colleagues, friends, family, lovers, associates and even strangers. And, if he continues, more support is likely to be received while coming in.

So, in all, I don't give a d**n if the arrogant sherades continue! In fact, I hope/wish they continue, for the more Matt K.  Again, Matt K. Baker is dead WRONG! ASHEPARD is actually a former client of mine associated to Alverius and Company. The statement made by him can be easily disassociated from my style of writing simply by how he describes my company, (Alverius&Co vs Alverius and Company or ACI). Mr. Shepard is certainly expressive, which seems to make Matt K. Baker nervous, indeed. He is also an litigations attorney, ironically. For a man who speaks the truth and is direct, I am happy to have built a deep friendship with him along with a business relationship. Ahh! The infamous name change! I would like to thank Matt K. Baker for bringing up the highly embellished aspect of my life. For those that do know the truth, such as the Monastery where I attempted my observership, you would know that once you accept the stage of a novice in the pursuit of becoming a Catholic monk, you have the right to revise your name in relationship to a Christian Saint. While I didn't make the cut during my initial process in becoming a monk in 2010, I did wish to continue my desire of being named after two very important people in my spiritual life: St. Sebastian and St. Alverius. If anyone attempt to look up these two individuals, you would learn that they are Christian Saints that were killed for standing up for what they believed in. They were one of the 110 soldiers of the Theban Legion. I changed my name because in my quest to seek out my overall identity, I wanted to have a closer understanding to God and to the mission of these Saints. No one man currently living today motivated me in changing my name so to hide my identity! In fact, I felt so spiritually touched by my experience during my monastic observership that I wrote a beautiful non-fiction narrative called CONTOURS OF THE SKULL that is to hit bookstores in the late winter/early spring of 2014. This book explains WHY I changed my name in much more poetic detail than I could on this site and in this response. Another point I wish to make: The word rebuttal is NOT spelled R-E-B-U-T-T-L-E. That particular spelling seems to reference a type of potato chip (lol)! You would think for a guy that has spent over 1.5 years visiting opinionated websites and review boards, he would certainly be aware of how to spell certain words that carry their weight in meaning on these sites, especially when the word actually spelled out is on the same d**n page as you're typing it!

I am familiar with the issues regarding Alverius & CO. and I would like to stand-up in his defense. This "Matt Baker" character is an absolute clown that is upset because he did business with the company, defrauded the company, violated all the contracts, stole the clients and is trying to defame Mr. Alverius online, so that people will do business with himself rather than Alverius and Co. Further, there is NO OUTSTANDING FBI CASE against Mr. Alverius. There is, however, a fraudulent investigation initiated by Mr. Matt Baker that is going NOWHERE (I know, just to read the word "FBI" is scary but the fraudulent investigation is inter-state so this dude Matt Baker got the d**n feds involved). This guy Matt Baker is wasting your time and your tax-payer money. Mr. Alverius is a sophisticated and sensitive businessman that is highly disturbed by all of this. Please disregard all of this slander and online bullying. Seriously, what, are we high-school? Mr. Alverius has done business with me and he will gladly speak to you if you have any issues. The man had cancer for God's sake. Maybe he had a problem with a contract at the time because he was undergoing freakin CHEMOTHERAPY, but he made right with those people and is still trying to make right with any further outlying issues. As with any issue involving conflict, it is best to try to work it out peacefully and privately. There are genuine reasons why actions occur. While I will not make the internet an arbitration room, I will however, point out that Matt Baker, just like any other person who may feel hurt by any genuine action, has the ability to get his issues resolved peacefully and without aggression. But Mr. Baker chose, from day one, to be aggressive and act without peace (defaming my name throughout the internet so the disgustingly seek my attention over an issue that could have been resolved behind closed doors), while expecting someone to respond like a slave on the cotton field, being told to say "yessum" to his masta' after being given several lashes on the 'hind.

If there are people out there that chooses not to work with me, THE HAVE THE RIGHT NOT TO WORK WITH ME! It is their right. I am not putting a gun to anyone's head, while banishing him/her to hell, demanding that they either do business with me or deal with me in some professional or personal way. However, as with any human being, I do ask for respect....respect that if there is a conflict that needs to be resolved, they deal with it in the highest manner of respect possible. Here are two images of checks he sent me to pay me back the money he stole... They both bounced!  Now why would he say I "worked" for him and issue me payment back?  Everything he says is a lie and he tries to deflect the truth saying he never stole anything from anybody! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CON MAN!  There is a FBI investigation going on right now.

I have noticed that the only image Mr. Matt Baker attaches to his site and several online reviews such as this one has been the same image- my tired pose in the charcoal suit. Man, I was extremely tired on that day! The shoot took an amazing five hours only to make me look insanely constipated! 

I would love to point out that there are many other images of me throughout the internet that may be used to promote me...and I would love to share them on this site. I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed taking them. Each of these images express moments of happiness within my life.

So, a guy named Matt K. Baker who used to work in one of my companies last year is placing ads across the internet claiming I have defrauded many people in my short life span, including him, which hyped up the SEO ratings. He claims he has a list of people I have screwed over recently with consumer electronics that I fail to cooperate with. He also contacted the FBI himself to report a complaint that he, obviously, feels passionate about, be it fraudulent or not. He has that right. Funny thing is, everytime I ask him, he has yet to offer that list to me so I may handle any problems accordingly. And, to be frank, I haven't thought much beyond my mental scope to want to hurt anyone, nor do I want to. I have too much to do in my life to consider placing my attention toward hurting another. Nevertheless, things happen from time to time and we must own up to it, even though we do not know why it happen in the first place. 

So, from now on, I will officially embrace Matt's complaints.
