Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

My son and gf bought a car. he has a disability and anyone would know that in about 3 minutes talking to him. he is unemployed. he has no income. she is unemployed. she has no income.

they definitely were drooling when he walked in. they sold him an ex police gas guzzler crown vic that was a 1999, with 130,000 miles on it for 11,000.00

they took his car 1999 mercury villager - way better-with alarm, 32 mpg, brilliant gas mileage etc etc as trade in and he had to put down an additional 300.00.(a gf put down- had gift of money)

a normal person would have ran away from this d e a l.....

i just bought a 2004 honda crv 32,000 miles 262.00 a month at 11,000.00. from a HONDA dealership!!!! big differnce in vehicles i might add - BIG- mine looks brand new his does definitely not!!

2 days after he drove it off the lot he had to take it back because it overheated and stalled out. they wanted to charge him a thousand dollars to fix it. my son was on speaker phone with his grandfather while waitng for the car dealer to figure out what they were going to do. his grandpa told him to look at his contract and my son did. my son was going to return the car under the circumstances.

the guy dante had heard this (was on speakerphone remember) so he called my son over and told him that they would fix it for him. no charge. they would take care of it. hmmmmmmmmmmm d e a l ?

when my son cant make the payment the following month it gets repo'd that is the breaks no pay no keep  (again he should never had been given this car - no job -no income- no job- no income-no job -no income)

foreman use this company called AAA SOUTHERN REPO they will have there own ripoff report going up as well but this goes together with this company.! they take the car. they tell you when to meet them at their convience. they want the keys (of course and they should have them) a picture id (uhhhhh who else would have the keys?) and 100 dollars in CASH

they bring the stuff to you in a box.

i dont know about you but i would doubt id remember everything i may have in my car at 23 years old. do you? im 45 now and have very little but im sure i couldnt tell you everything. and it would be the important stuff i would forget.

so if you dont recall all in your car and its not in that box - well tough crunchies.

why doESNT the car lot not let you go to the car physically with them and get your own belongings out of it?

they have the car back and my son has to pay to get his own things back. brian has said he wOuld bring it in a box. ummmmmmmmm a spare tire ,(MY SPARE TIRE!) a gps navigator, all of his important papers, tag, insurance papers, cds, cell charger (i know why is it in the car???), new shoes, clothes, his gf purse, her clothes and over night stuff. etcetc etc. one box isnt going to cut it.

the point is this company should have never sold him this broken down gas hog car to a disabled person without a job to begin with. the car needs to be junk piled and the company needs to be closed, the repo guy bryan (or brian) SEEMS TO ME  a rip off artist who has a great setup with foreman motors in making his cash on the side.

the palm bay police dept said to me that these people are trying to get money any way they can. it isnt right.

ya think?????????????

this stuff does not in any way belong to them. the vehicle does not

ok, first, if your son has mental issues, should he really be shopping unsupervised? and you should have a good idea of what is in your car. i know what is in mine. never the less, that is why we do a detailed inventory and box everything up and put it in secure storage. which cost money, by the way, that is the reason for the charge. and yes, we do personal property redemption by appointment. we dont just sit around and wait till you decide to come pick up your stuff. we work too. the world does not stand still for you, me or anyone. did you actually read what you typed? ridiculous! please get educated before responding back. thank you.

FIRST OFF THE GENTLEMAN CAME TO THE LOT LOOKING FOR A VEHICLE, HE WAS SHOWN WHAT HE COULD AFFORD WITH HIS TRADE AND THE CASH, BUT HE WAS NOT HAPPY WITH WHAT WE HAD TO SHOW HIM! HE WAS GETTING READY TO LEAVE WHEN HE WAS TOLD THAT HE COULD MAKE PAYMENTS AND USE HIS VAN AND CASH AS A DOWN PAYMENT, HOWEVER HIS CREDIT WAS NOT IN GOOD SHAPE!! WE EXPLAINED THAT HE WOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH A SUB PRIME LENDER, AND WENT OVER ALL THE NUMBERS WITH HIM AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING, AND HE WAS VERY HAPPY BEING ABLE TO LEAVE IN THE CAR THAT HE PICKED OUT AND WANTED BADLY!! WE HAVE WARRANTIES ON ALL OF OUR VEHICLES AND WERE MORE THEN WILLING TO FURFILL OUR WARRANTY, I CANNOT SPEAK FOR AAA REPO SINCE WE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES ANY LONGER.  AND JUST LIKE MOM SAID HE DIDNT MAKE THE PAYMENTS, SO AFTER AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME THE CAR WAS REPOSSESSD! I WOULD JUST LIKE TO TELL YOU MAAM THAT WE AT FOREMANS WOULD LOVE TO EARN YOUR BUSINESS BACK, I THINK THERE WAS JUST A BIG MISUNDERSTANDING!

AS FOR YOUR HONDA, IM SURE YOU HAD EXCELLENT CREDIT AND THAT PRICE IS WITHOUT INTEREST!

i guess i had not put in enough info here. my son has a MENTAL DISABILITY!

and yes he should not have went in and bought a car but when you have a MENTAL disability you DONT KNOW excactly what you are doing. hence DISABILITY????

he should not have been sold the car and walmart is little differnt then a car dealer. so that reply is useless.

ohhhhhhhhhh i see. i was just told all of you writing are from the company. now i get it.

Not The Dealerships Fault!!

If I walk into Wal Mart, Sears or any other retail store and purchase something I can't afford is it their fault??? Of course not!! Why is it always the car dealers fault when somebody screws up??? This dealership should share absolutely none of the blame for a 23 year old grown man buying something he knows he can't afford!! Sounds like the only disability he has is lazyness!!!

The dealer should not have sold your son the car based on his shaky financial condition.  But your son is an adult - he could have said 'No' - he could have called you to look at the car - he could have done some research first (free at a library or the internet).  This is an expensive lesson to him and I'm sure it is going to affect his credit but he is the one ultimately responsible.

Your 23 year old son goes out and buys a car with no job and no income and it's the dealers fault? You have absolutely 100% got to be f***ing kidding me!!!
