We have filed 4 separate roof damage claims with Foremost Insurance due to rain, wind, storm. All four claims have been denied over a three year period. Each time a different storm would hit our house the damage would get worse since the roof would not be replaced and the inside is now becoming damaged.
In the adjustor report of the 4th claim it is stated the inside damage cannot be covered or replaced because it is old damage and outstanding and was done prior to this fourth claim, well, that is because the first three denied claims caused this damage. All damage to our home is because the first, second and third claims were denied causing new damage along with the old, unrepaired old damage.
In the last incident of August 13, 2013 so much rain came into the bathroom it was ankle deep and flooded the bedrooms causing damage to furniture. Yes, black mold is growing all over the ceiling but this is due to denial of 3 previous claims Formost denied.
I am requesting legal advice and guidance on how to force Foremost to settle fairly with this issue. Any advice would be appreciated.
