Forestree/Filip Paszkowski does not give address or website on business card left a pile of wood from cutting down a tree and said he had to leave for an emergency and didn't cut down a bush that he said he would and that I gave him an extra $100 above agreed price for tree. Also promised $100 at Paulino Gardens to buy whatever you want. Denver Colorado

Used Forestree to cut down a tree behind my home(05/03/17). He left a pile of wood that was supposed to be hauled away, keeps saying he will come back but doesn't. Also had asked him to cut down a bush that is back there too and gave him another $100 in hand before he left to come back and take care of the bush, stupid me. He said he had to leave because he had an emergency. Hasn't come back. left two voicemails that he would be back, never showed. He gives you a choice of a free tree or getting $100 worth of merchandise at Paulino Gardens, which is what I chose. Not happening. Used Forstree in the past to take out three trees that had died. He said he would come back with stuff to take care of the stumps but never did. I had not asked for that so I didn't mind he didn't come back but it figured.
Also I am texting with someone who says he is foreman of the company as I write this. Long story short he is saying they will come get the wood and the shrub for free. (we'll see) he is claiming that work was done for free when I paid in full the agreed price and gave Filip $100 in his hand.

The phone number is at the top of my report. It is Filip's number 720-234-1767. I was texting with the person who said he was Filip's foreman. I believe it was Filip I was texting with. Sorry I can't be of more help. They never came and got the wood.

Hi, do you mind sharing with me the phone number of the foreman you are working with to fix the issue with Filip and Forestree. I have a similar issue where I paid for tree and stump removal. Paid him the full amount after tree was cut down and he was supposed to come back and remove the stump. No showed to a few appointments and now is not retunring calls or texts.
