Foster Kennel butchered cat, performed unapproved surgery, could not do proper Lions cut Park Forest Illinois

The first time I took my precious my pet, it was good. Great look, great price. The second time I took her, I noticed her walking a little strange. I checked her and there was a cut on her back leg where they cut too close (it happens), oh and this time even though I requested a lion cut, I did not get one. They simply just cut the hair off half of her body not even shaping the rest of the hair.
My husband saw the groomer one day when we were out and told him about the cut on our my pet. The groomer said “no problem, just bring her in and we will do a free groom. So I thought, okay maybe this groomer is okay. She got her free groom, but it again was not a Lion Cut, just half her body hair cut off. So I'm getting pissed, do they have a new groomer or is this payback for the freebie?
I don't know but I took my precious back again. They called and said she had a bump that they cut out at no charge. First of all shouldn't they could have called and got approval from us to chop up on our my pet pie and it still was not a Lion cut.
I firmly believe this is not a professional animal care facility when it comes to grooming. I almost forgot to mention another important detail: the part of the body they did cut is not growing back properly, looks like bald spots all over.
People who have a love for animals, a level of commitment and dedication to their care should be allowed to work in these facilities. This is a case of gross neglect, payback for free service provided or we do what we do for your money.
If you love your pet(s) Do not take them to Foster Kennel, not even once.
