The above referenced companies have two (2) things in common:

1. They are scams.

2. Mr. Ziya Arik

My company I did business with "Foundation Capital Partners", of which Ziya Arik (or) also known as "Eric", also known as "Arik Ziya" was an officer/owner/accountant. (His title was always "vague" and it varied)

His company promised to provide a leasing agreement for my company. If they failed, they would refund our $ 7,500 deposit.

Of course, they never obtained financing and they never refunded our deposit.

The BBB has a list of over 40-other companies with a similar complaint.

In a strange twist, the "name" of the company I was dealing with always seemed to "change" too.

My deposit was made payable to "Foundation Capital" but other documents I got from the "leasing company" or I got phone calls from "leasing agents" at the leasing company used different company names.

Among the names they used:

1. Foundation Capital Partners

2. Preferred Lease

3. Greenbridge Leasing

4. Capital Werks

I am in the process of filing suit. I am also suing personally all the people I did business with.

Additionally, I have filed a criminal complaint with the F.B.I and the US Attorneys Office.

I made recordings of the telephone conversations I had with the leasing companies, so proofing fraud will NOT be difficult (criminally or in a civil suit)

I have also purchased the domain names, of the names of the people I did business with

For example:

I now own "Ziya Arik", who at other times was known as "Arik Ziya"

I own the names of many of the employees of the leasing company (companies)

I will soon create multiple websites, purchase advertising, etc to make it very clear how I feel about these people.

In the future, when someone "googles" their names, they will be taken to one of many websites I am creating to express my feelings on this matter.

These companies claim to be in the leasing business. When you apply for a lease the require a deposit, which they promise will be refunded, if financing cannot be obtained. The Better Business Bureau has over 40-complaints on file in which consumers say, "financing was NOT obtained and deposits were NOT returned. My company fell victim to this leasing "company" My company did business with 'Foundation Capital Partners', of which Ziya Arik (or) also known as 'Eric', also known as 'Arik Ziya' was an officer/owner/accountant. (His title was always 'vague' and it varied) According to BBB files and other reports, Ziya Arik has been, or is associated with all of the companies listed in my complaint. My company paid a $7,500 deposit as part of a leasing deal to finance $77,000 in equipment. If the leasing company failed to obtain financing they promised to refund our $7,500 deposit. They never obtained financing and they never refunded our deposit. In a strange twist, the 'name' of the company I was dealing with always seemed to 'change' - My deposit was made payable to 'Foundation Capital' - But other documents I got from the 'leasing company' or when I got phone calls from 'leasing agents' at the leasing company these "agents" used different company names. Among the names they used: 1. Foundation Capital Partners 2. Preferred Lease 3. Greenbridge Leasing 4. Capital Werks Beware that these companies have names that are SIMILAR but not an EXACT match to other leasing companies that have impeccable credentials. I am in the process of filing suit. Additionally, I have filed a criminal complaint with the F.B.I and the US Attorneys Office. I made recordings of the telephone conversations I had with the leasing companies, so proving fraud will NOT be difficult. I have also purchased the domain names, of the names of the people I did business with For example: I now own 'Ziya Arik', who at other times was known as 'Arik Ziya' I own the names of many of the employees of the leasing company (companies) I will soon create multiple websites, purchase advertising, etc to report on my dealings with these leasing companies and with the individuals associated with them. In the future, when someone 'googles' their names, they will be taken to one of many websites I am creating to express my feelings on this matter.
