Peter Clarke owner of Fountain Homes America ordered a Limo from my Company. He called me and needed a Limo for the very same day. We were really busy that day, but I changed every thing around to accommodate him. He gave me his Visa Card and told me to run the card after he was done with the Limo. He ended up renting the Limo for 6 hours. 
 During the time he was in the Limo, my driver took him to a meeting and he had some other places to go. His cell phone died, so he used my  drivers cell phone for about two hours. At one point I called my driver and he picked up, He told me to call my driver later, that he was waiting for a call. When we drop him back off at his house he forgot his cell phone in the Limo. My driver was about 45 minutes away turned around and went back to drop it off. This job cost me more than it was worth.
 That evening I tried running  his credit card and sure enough it was declined. So I send him an invoice that he never paid. I must have called him 20 times, he does not pick up the phone. He advertises that he sell these elite homes on the east end of long Island. I would not buy a tool shed from him. He screens all of his calls. He must owe everyone money.

l am Peter Clarke

l had opened a 30 day account with this Limousine Company as l have no other transportation option, and it was clearly stated on the application that my credit card was only to be used if we were ever late making a payment

l had just been released from Hospital after 4 months (bad heart condition) and could hardly walk (still can't)

Anyway the first trip lasted 5 hours Part of that time was (a) being held up at one of my stores, (2) and when the driver got lost and took 30 minutes to get on the right road

It is true my cell phone battery went dead so l borrowed the drivers "twice" for a total of 20 minutes which l asked to be added to my account

And it is also true that l dropped my cell phone on the back seat when l had finnished, which they offered to give to me, on the next trip  * BUT when l realized they had not unloaded all my luggage, and l told them, that had to come back

Totally there fault

l tried to oder a car two days later, but they told me they where to busy

The same as the next time a few days later,

The next time they knocked me back, l put it to them and they told me they did not want my business

Staight after this they began harrasing me for money, instead of waiting untill the agreed time for payment (end of 30 days)

Even though they had my credit card, l would still have to approve any payments

which l did not

THESE PEOPLE WERE VERY RUDE, DISHONEST & TREATED THEIR CLIENTS EXTREAMLY BADLY

So as my only recorse, l did not pay them, and advised them to sue me

When l would bring up their breach of Contract
