I am an ex-foxton employee. I had worked for the company for 2 years, which is veterans status there. It is a revolving door. In a nutshell they are looking for green fresh out of school or those who are still finding themselves so they can beat into them there montras. They believe in the "metrics" or numbers. They believe they have the systems in place and all an agent has to do is do what they are told, one liners and all. It is over simplistic and arrogant. A couple of years ago, it was not that bad if YOU DID NOT HAVE EXPERIENCE because you could get some transactions under your belt. After you get some seasoning, you come to the realization that you are getting ripped off. In their commission structure, you get a percent of the co broke, (up to 25% to the 2%(foxtons list)) or 2.5% or 3% of an outside list. Believe me you were probably not beat out, just not green enough
