I purchased the Infomillionaire program consisting of a DVD and workbook. Part of the deal was a monthly membership ($39.95 a month) to receive future publications. The workbook I received had TONS of whitespace, large font size and excessively large screen shots. It is really a 36 page booklet, not a real workbook.

I was un-impressed and after 2 weeks, cancelled my membership. On his website he repeatedly emphasizes that he has "fulltime staff who respond to all inquiries in several hours." NOT TRUE AT ALL! I sent numerous requests to cancel, and never heard back from them at all.

You can guess what happened next: on my next credit card statement I received a bill for $42.00! And no publication was sent to me, either. Again I sent numerous emails to his support website, and of course no phone number is ever provided anywhere. He NEVER responded to a single email, and never refunded the charges he unethically placed on my credit card. I had to go to my credit card company and get the charges reversed. I would never do business with Frank Kern or Trey (his associate) due to the overhyped products they sell and their complete lack of customer service and integrity.

Really, I shouldn't have much more to explain...I can share that Frank Kern is one of the most honest business professionals on the internet. I am saying this, not because I am in any way affiliated with him or know him personally, but because I have followed his teachings for over a year. What Frank Kern teaches, is by no means, "fluff" or something that is not true. Frank Kern has helped me open my eyes, not only about how to run a business on the internet, but become a better business professional all around.

Again, Frank Kern is awesome.

I signed up to Infomillionaire in August(2009). This was one of those five day trials that got away on me, as they often do. I was double charged in the process, so the total was $215 canadian funds. I didn't pursue the matter for about two months, actually until my wife pointed out this ripoff report.
Long story short: my experience was totally different. I filed a support ticket and got a response acknowledging the ticket within two hours. Next day, received an email saying they had cancelled my subscription and refunded the money. I just went through my Visa bill and discovered that they had not only reversed the double payment, they had given me all my money back. They didn't have to do that. By rights, the one payment was legit. I never had to try the phone number on the service web page, but I'm confident that would have been answered as well.
In summary, I only have good things to say about Frank Kern.

Hi, this is Frank Kern (the person being "reported"). I see the person who wrote the report goes by the name of "Brett" and lists LA as a residence. After searching our database, I see we have only one customer in LA with the first name "Brett". (Last name beginning with a "K", house number for street address is "10248") According to our customer support records, this person placed an order on 12/18/2008, successfully cancelled the trial for our newsletter on 1/4/2009. Our records show that this person was never billed at all for the newsletter. I'm happy to provide screenshots of all documentation relating to this matter if it would be helpful. More importantly, I'd like to extend a sincere apology to the customer who posted this report for any and all inconvenience. If someone will contact me with more details, I'll better be able to get to the bottom of where the ball was dropped in our customer service funnel. It would help improve customer service overall and I'd really appreciate it. My personal email address is superbadkern AT gmail.com. Thanks, Frank Kern
