Self indulgence, i was a victim of a shop and now the owner of that shop call me a lier??? remember my 2000 320 ML silver on 2006, i was called by Franks with :"Are you satisfied with us taking all that money for nothing" of course you (Franks) hang up and i am lying....... this world truly has evil claiming foul.......

She said that various models of Mercedes Benz cars require different things and wonders if the problem was resolved after you took your luxury car to that shop and if it was,you need to keep in mind that when you own a luxury car, you pay luxury prices. Also, it is not the COST of the part but the price of the labor and some repairs are priced at a minimum rate. The price of the labor is at the discretion of the individual shops. If no harm was done to your vehicle and it runs well now and the problem has not reoccurred, then find yourself a shop more in your price range. She seems to think that when you own a luxury car you need to do your own repairs or find yourself a cheaper shop. The downside of the cheaper shop is that they might not stand behind their work and you need to find out whether or not this guy stands behind his work and gives you a warranty on the work his mechanics/techs did on your car. With all of the things that can go wrong with these modern cars, it is tough to get the right diagnosis the first time...

I was very surprised to find such a report on line, and researched our records and could find no such repair dating back several months No repair invoices for that dollar amount, no customer named Christian. I would remember a car that was here for two weeks. We consistently run 97%-100% referral rate, as surveyed by an independent company. We consistently run customer satisfaction ratings over 95% again as surveyed by an independent company. (www.customerresearch.com) We survey EVERY customer, I get email notifications the same day if the customer has a question, and I would have received notification if a customer was unhappy. Frank

SINCE FIRST REPORTED I BEEN TOLD BY OTHER MERCEDES OWNERS TO KEEP AWAY FROM FRANKS MERCEDES SERVICE, TOO BAD I WAS TOLD AFTER THE FACT, AS I UNDERSTAND IT THERE IS A LAWSUIT FROM A DEALERSHIP TO FRANKS MERCEDES DUE TO HIS QUESTIONABLE PRACTICES AND SO CALLED REPAIRS, I AM SO UPSET AT THIS SHOP OFFICE THIS INDIVIDUAL HAVE ALL THE RELIGIOUS/BIBLE STATEMENTS AND HE DOES SO MANY EVIL/UNGODLY BEHAVIOR, ONE THOUGHT COMES TO MIND: "MONEY IS THE ROOT OF ALL EVIL" AND FRANK SCANDURA AT FRANKS MERCEDES IS HELL FIRE PROOF OF SUCH.
