What did Frazier actually do?A 60 minute telephone Call discussing real estate and how to target my niche and an email with a 2 page word doc attached as a plan of action. Then in March Frazier emailed me that he agreed to give me my money back which after 20 emails and 20 phone calls later he still has not done and will not answer his phone.
Beware of fraudulent consulting hacks like Frazier O'leary who looks to change his business model and moniker every 6 months or so.

The person who initiated this complaint was a former client who was not satisfied with the services that I provided. I provided him with a refund and he has indicated that he was satisfied with the resolution. Obviously an unfortunate situation but resolved to the satisfaction of both parties.
