Staff and doctor will not help you with billing and insurance payments. Rather they are condescending, easily irritated and very short. If you have a problem with Dr. Sal regarding a service he performed, he will become very defensive.
I had multiple personal interactions with Dr. Salvatoriello when he has gotten frustrated and short, condescending towards me, and downright unprofessional-- absolutely not alright considering the 35 years he claims to have practiced.
Search his name on google before you make an appointment--Dr Sal is shady. There are various articles from good sources of information (DOJ, local newspapers) detailing a few times Dr. Sal has "made the news" for something not-so-noteworthy. I should have considered this before making any appointment with this guy because his dishonesty began to shine through as soon as I left the office after my appointment.
That being said, if you are willing to deal with all of this, his dental service is mediocre. Just remember not to question him - you get what you get, you pay up front, and if the office feels like dealing with your insurance, consider yourself lucky.
