I felt uncomfortable having this outfit access mychecking account so I unsubscribed from them on their internet site on th fifth of this month and lo and behold I find they still took seventeen dollars and ninty eight cents from my account on the same day .

I want someone to stop these people, first I was charged $8.99 the first month now this month they took out $17.98 cents from my account, after I had unsubscribed and given them the reason, I need my money cannot afford this.

Can you help me? I called my bank and they can put a stop payment on this company but they need to have the same amount each month, they are going to stop payment on $17,98 in case that they try to do this next month, my only other alternative, which I might still take, is to get a new debit card number. the girl at the bank was worried that if they went ahead and took out money next month, august it might be yet a different amount and they cannot stop payment on that.

Can anyone help me? I am a widow, 79, forcibly retired from a job after 23 years and living on limited income, and to have something like this happen to me is unbearable. I thought they were reliable but should have known better. After one month I decided I did not want them being able to access my account at all. please help.
