I believe this company engages is frauduent, profiteering business activity, blanketed by an incompetent and inefficient bureaucracy.

Initially I was offered for consideration "free" plans, having an initial trial period, full calling ability, while all being subject to advertising.

After the trial period, cell phone usage would be of limited use after a manual "Downgrade."

Accessing the "downgrade" is quite small, obscure, and not redily apparent.

They did not obey my downgrade request, it seems, and kept me on the plans, incurring charges of $7.99, $19.99, and $24.99.

Their customer service had me wait on hold some time, then offered an automatic call back when a representive was available.  They never called back for my customer service request.    The worst part is they offer (insult) "live customer support"  for a fee of $4.99. Disgusting.. cancelling everything with this company, never doing business again, and feel robbed and abused.
