Here's their happy note to me:

I fought their bug-ridden web page and, after seven or eight frustrating tries, finally got my rebate request filed.  When I checked today (almost a month later), I found that NO ACTIVITY is recorded on the site.

What is this?  A rip-off of the worst kind?  I sent a dated receipt from Sherries' Berries. With no acknowledgement of my submitted information, I canceled my subscription. In the meantime, I demanded satisfaction.

Sorry for the confusion about our program.  Your rebate is guaranteed regardless of your membership status.  If you emailed us your documentation you should have received an email from us stating that we have received your documentation.  If you mailed it, the rebates are processed in the order received.
