Very simply:
I placed an order for two products. I received one product, many weeks after placing the order with no explanation as to why it was late. The product was days away from expiring. All attempts to contact this company--which deliberately hides all useful means of contact except a web form--were ignored, and I never received the second product.
Had I been less busy at the time, I would have filed with a small claims court, but they bank on the unlikeliness of this. A class action lawsuit is in order for any lawyer who is interested in cashing in on them.
