Friday Appliance Services TGIF Refused to communicate or fix our machine Tucson Arizona
Our Bosch dryer quit working and my husband worked through all of the tests directed by Bosch to diagnose it. It finally came to a point where Bosch didn't know what to do next and recommended that we call Friday Appliance Services. We did and they gave us a price for coming out to the house, then the hourly rate plus parts. My husband asked them if we could just take the dryer to them and they said sure. It was cheaper and we figured it would be faster.
We took it to them on Thursday the 1st and today is the 12th. We never received a phone call giving us a status update even after leaving multiple messages. My husband drove over there twice and both times it was closed. After having to take our laundry to the laundromat and spending over $40, I became irate and called them and left them a very disgruntled message. I demanded that they call us and let us know what is going on and that we need our machine back. Apparently that is what it takes to get these people to respond because guess what.... they finally called my husband and said that they refuse to work on it after hearing my message! Are you kidding me? They haven't even began working on it!! I've called Bosch and filed a formal complaint and they have opened a file on them.
I have no idea how this company is still in business. It never had to get to this point, if they had just communicated with us. A quick phone call would have kept us in the loop and we wouldn't be at this point.
