Their policy has not changed. I just brought home a new 40 inch sony tv today. The screened was cracked internally and couldn't be seen until I turned it on. Thought a quick exchange would do it. Not with this company. They filed one of those claims and sent the tv back home with me. I suspect the claim will be rejected.
My next avenue will be a credit card company claim. If that doesn't work out, small claims lawsuit.
