I have now received a check for $239.60 for charges for services we did not use. While the length of the time involved was more that 8 months, we accepted an 8 month refund settlement to end the open membership charges that were overlooked. We accepted responsibility for not catching the opening of a membership when receiving a reduced price for the dietary product called "Aside". We still do not think that this process of signing people up for membership by not checking something on a form is not proper. We suggest to Hubhealthy that the form be made more clear to potential customers so that this will not occur in the future. This closes our report unless the charges appear on next months charge card again.
I would like to thank the Rip Off site for having information on this company that helped us get into contact with Hub Healthy. You have provided a needed and helpful service.

I have been able to contact "Hubhealthy,fitfactory.com" due to my interaction with this site. The company Fit Factory now has the facts that I published on this site and have agreed that this was a misunderstanding and mistake when my wife origionally asked to terminate our contract. They have now terminated my contract for services we did not use and have agreed to refund eight (8) months of the money taken via our credit card. I will again update this report when the check that is in the mail arrives, that will successsfully conclude my concerns.
