First i want to say that i do not recommend anyone go to work for this company. they lie to the employess and have a real bad turnover rate. they have a problem keeping employees. they promise them they earn commision but the employess must wait three months before that can get a commision check for that month for thier commission sales. they have a quota that everyone must make on order for them to get commission.

they continue to change that and raise thier quota's every 2 to 3 months. then before you finally get a commission check (3 months later) they send a report out via email that states as to your either getting a check or not and alos it will state paperwork errors. for each error on your paperwork they subtract ten dollars for each error. They also deduct for not getting a copy of the customers credit card and drivers license. now the errors they claim that employess make are a bunch of bs. some of us had made a copy of our paperwork to see if they were telling the truth which we found out they weren't because they couldnt provide that wehad those errors they claimed we made. they were just telling us we made errors so they or should i say Ron Foster would'nt have to pay us so much commision. he rips his employees off big time. when an employee quits he tells and claims that he fired the employee. some do get fired but not all most of them actually quit. but yet he wants to take credit for it and claim he fired him. This guy has serious issues and has no respect for the ones who chose to leave on good terms.

He lies to customers and also goes against at&t policies. He and his company charges way to high for phones. not onlu that he sells used phones at new prices. and he state they are refurbished. don't know where he gets these phones from. but they are not AT&t branded phones. when you turn the phones on they have peoples phone number and pictures on them still. he told us we should go in and delete them before selling to the customer so it makes it look new. another thing about these phones is that they have issues with them. they fail right out of the box or they fail about 2 to 3 weeks later. if you go into one of his stores, be on the lookout for the phones that are not branded. if its branded its ok. but if its not. then don't buy stay clear from it. he has sold alot of faulty moto razors (first gen) and few different types of cheap nokia's. Be aware!!! they also do not honor thier rebates. they tell the employees what to tell the customers on they get thier rebates when buying a phone from them. then when the customer sends in for it and they don't get they tell the customer "sorry we cannot honor your rebate because you did not qualify for it, and that the employee lied to you." Now isn't that sad. make the employee look bad. Ron and his corporate office Scamming the customer out of thier rebate. lies to the employees and the customers.

He has several stores in the southern are. th main store is based out of biirmingham, al. he has a few more in different parts of Birmingham and a few in Mississippi. Some are Vestavia Hills, Birmingham, Bessemer, Hueytown, Tuscaloosa, Northport, Hoover, Selma, Demopolis, and Culman, Al. In Ms there is Meridian, Fulton, and Kosciusko.

People please be aware of this company's bad buisness practices, they have already been reported to the At&t's main corporate office. This company and Ron Foster needs to be investigated!!!

First off i would like to say i am and have been an employee of this company for a little while now, and im not any kind of owner/ and or manager for Future Wireless-Just a regular worker. Second i would like to say whoever the ex-empoyee is that reported this has to be one of two people, and one of them was fired, and the other one quit because they knew they were about to be fired. Also they must not have paid much attention while they were here because some the cities they listed of store locations are FALSE. Now i'll start off with the complaints listed in the report. Yes you do have to wait a couple of months to get your commision check, But with they failed to say was this is because customers have a 30 day trial period, so you have to take account customers that return their phones and or cancel service. So in other words the company has to make sure the customer keeps the phone before they pay you commision for it. ( This is very common in all most all wireless sales companies, not just FW ). Next , yes the commision quota does change sometimes. This is because ATT changes what and how they pay Future Wireless for sales. SO if ATT changes are quota, FW has to change the qoutas for its employees to match. ( also not uncommon in the wireless industry ). Far as the paper work errors go, that policy is also old and out dated. They used to go by that policy, but personally i never had many, or had a problem with the few i did have. Sounds like this person had a ton of errors (maybe why they were fired). On to the phone issue. That is also out dated, we no longer sale any kind of used or refurbished phones. We were having a problem with the company we got these from, so we stoped selling them all together. I assure everyone all of our phones come from and are directly ordered from ATT. And at no time did we try to pass off used or refurbished phones as new. the phones were marked as refurbished and the customer was notified of this. ( they have a shorter warranty period. also just about every wireless carrier in the world sells new and refurbished phones.) Oh and all of our phones ARE branded with the official ATT logo. dont believe me? go to a store and see for yourself. This person says we lie and go against ATT policies, BUT doesnt give any examples?? hmmm... sounds like another false statement to me. Lets put it this way: we and ALL authorized retailers of ATT are under constant supervision by ATT, they send out an ATT repersentative to check out all the stores all the time. SO we have to follow every guideline to a tee, or we get in tons of trouble( the store i work at, i know has passed every visit by our ATT rep.) There is NO investigation of FW by ATT going on, besides the routine visits by our ATT rep. The only one i know of that got reported to the big guys at ATT was a mess up by a former employee with poor moral values/ buisness practices that has since been fired. (maybe this person??) Lastly, it sounds like this compliant was written by an older former employee, that could not cut it in this fast paced sales buisness and made a lot of mistakes so was fired for it. Any non-believers??? Just go by your local Future Wireless store and check it out for yourselves. I promise you'll be happy when you leave. Need a location? or question?
