Hi, Today 24th June 2008, evening An update to my report: All is well I have contacted Keith Wellman personally through his E-Mail address, he apologized and he issued immediately a FULL REFUND. If anyone has a refund in stand by, please contact him personally, he is more than willing to give a full refund no question ask. He got more than 1600 customers happy and only few refunding but his support team had hard time to keep up and to answer so many E-mails and that is the primary cause of his issues... This close my negative report and I will say even though I got my full refund (PayPal advised me of the refund) he fixed himself the issue with my website and my download page in ONE FAST ANSWER, so I can use it, if I wish FREELY AND MAKE MONEY OUT OF IT!!! HE IS REALLY A HONEST PERSON but seemingly his business grew too fast and he started to have a hard time to keep up in training his support team. He promised that his main focus will be his failing support team and very soon all should be cleared up and everyone who submit a support ticket should be able to receive a reply within a day or so. In closing he understood clearly how a bad reputation these business issues hurt him and he will deal differently from now on. Danny
