The charles county sheriff's violated my Fourth Amendment right, when they just stopped me in my vehicle by jumping in front my vehiclce without probable cause, objective reason or just cause and to say the stop was for not wearing a seat belt was ludacris, a after the fact gesture of hindsight without any subjective view of any wrongdoing. The illegal stop has cause me so much and hardship I am still fighting the case almost two years kater to show that my rights havebeen violated in the worst way.
Who knows, how many others have been put in the same predicament since September 2012 in this Charles County environment. As citizen in this area we need to come together and straighten matter like this out. Because as long as these sheriff can fabricate and get away with it they will, as all law enforcement doesin their . Not saying that they are all bad, because no on is perfect, but at least you can try and do the best you can with what is right.
This is a very historical and beautiful place to live or visit, but to want to live above the law takes all the beauty out of such a lovely environment. It is time change citizens.
