I ordered $45 in garage door parts from this "company" on April 3rd. They sent a confirmation email, but have not delivered. As with the other complaints here, I tried to email, call, and fax this company, but there is no way to actually make contact with them. I filed a complaint with the BBB, but I expect that they will not have success either. I should've checked this site FIRST before I ordered! Frustrated...but lesson learned.

Dear Homeowner, I've been in the door industry for 28 years and have come across many different types of businesses, both good and bad. I have a parts company at ((REDACTED COMPANY NAME)) and can help you get your correct parts if you like and will work with you on pricing since you did not get them via the other company. sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome. CLICK here to see why Rip-off Report, as a matter of policy, deleted either a phone number, link or e-mail address from this Report. In this case we removed an alleged competitor's name Also, if you visit www.doors.org, it is where you will find garage door industry manufacturers and local dealers in your area who usually carry a wide range of parts for DIY'ers. I can also help you find local companies as well. Please, feel no obligation to purchase from me, I just hate to see someone get ripped-off. All the best,
