I finally got a response to my July 21 email on Aug 7 2008, basically saying so sorry for the slow response and we will re-ship the order. It arrived in a day or two (after I'd already bought a replacement elsewhere). Now I have a spare for Ebay sale. Perhaps my complaint to the NJ Better Business Bureau got this merchant's attention. Anyway, it took much, much too long to get a response, and eventually took about a month to get my order delivered. Maybe it was really lost in shipping or just a 'fluke' but based on the exceptionally poor response time to my inquiries (never did get resolution of the problem ticket I opened online), and all the other complaints filed here and with the BBB, I'd definitely steer clear of this outfit.
