Garage Door Parts will rip you off! Ripoff Passaic New Jersey
Ordered a $4 part via one of their many websites. Paid through PayPal. Shipment indicates by UPS it was left at "Front Door". I got home, checked the front door and nothing. E-mailed the company to request a replacement or for them to hunt down the package...they basically told me that UPS delivered and they will not refund or replace at their expense.
It's a $4 part! I will never do business with them again. I tried to save some money and it wound up costing me!
