GARY BARBERRA NATIONWIDE RESEARCH WAS WRONG WITH MY CAR, NEVER FOUND OUT STILL TRIED TO CHARGE, NOW IN DEBT FOR THEIR LIES OF REPOSSESION ripoff PHILADELPHIA Pennsylvania
I purchased a chrysler cirrus from gary barbera on boulevard, took it to ridge ave in Manayunk for repairs regularly. I had added care on a 2 year old car.
First off they couldn't figure out what the problem was so they did a nation wide search to find out. Changed many parts on the car of which were not covered by added care that would cost close to $700.00 out of my pocket but that the work could not be guaranteed. On top of the fact dead of winter they kept my car for close to 1 month and took a rent a car from under my feet, even though they were not done with my car..claiming they were only obligated to rent the car for me for a certain period of time even though they still had my car.
I was already struggling to keep up with the note after an ugly devorce, for them to put me threw the changes and hassle still till this day I had to leave the car there for repossession because I could not take the chance with no guarantees on the repairs. 700.00 dollars is a lot being head of house hold.
Now I have a credit collector harrassing me for eight thousand $$ that I don't owe because gary sold the car for $4000.00 but refuses to give a copy of the sale to me for the collector.
