On 6/13/06 I purchased Gary Jezorski's e-currency program. As I began to work through the set-up, I sent an email to the "personal support" email address on 6/15/06 expressing my concern that with substantial fees that are charged at every e-currency exchange transaction step. It was difficult for me to see how the program could ever be profitable and asked to speak to someone about this. This email went unanswered, so I left a phone mssg on the "member support" line. Again, no reply and now I was concerned.

I found that Gary Jezorski had an existing report filled on the Rip-Off report and searching the web, there were other warnings about his e-currency program. Here's a summary of what I found:

(1) the e-currency market used to be viable but no longer is; (2) Gary Jezorski knows this, but continues to promote the e-currency market; (3) due to changes in the e-currency market and heavy fees, it is almost impossible for an account to be profitable; (4) once deposited it is difficult, almost impossible to get your money out of DX in One.

On 6/20/06 I called again, this time speaking with Carlos about my concerns, and asked for a refund. Carlos told me I had to use the program for 30 days in order to receive a refund. I explained that to use the progan I would have to deposit money into DX-in-One which,(according to others who write about e-currency on the web) I will never be able to withdraw. A Catch-22. He asked me to email my concerns and refund. Once again, my email was ignored.

Initially, I was willing to give these folks the benefit of the doubt. I had hoped to discuss my concerns and have my questions answered. But as I've rec'd no replies to my communications, I have no choice but to believe that the numerous scam accusations are true.

Refund Notice Provided - Spam Filters Kill Communication

As pointed out ...the refund was provided in a timely basis as promised and notice sent ...but here's the real problem. Email DOES NOT WORK any longer as a huge amount of emails are screened by the SPAM filters and never make it to their intended parties. This problem has become so large that I developed a custom support software package so we can avoid email altogether for our member support. Imagine how frustrating it is to actually answer the support questions and still have angry customers ...well, no more! This refund issue does demonstrate the problem and I've invested the money to fix the issue forever.

Received my credit card statement today and saw that on 6/20/06 I received a refund from Vertical Marketing. This is actually BEFORE I filed the report. A simple e-mail or phone call from Vertical Marketing responding to my e-mails and phone messages would have prevented this entire situation. I appreciate the refund and feel bad about filing the report, but GEEZ guys - how about a little communication?
