this company is based in China and on the website they advertise your order will be ship in 2-7 business days and when it isn't they send an email saying your product is sold out and they are waiting on the manufacturing industry to make more and to wait alitte longer. then a week later you get an email saying its shipped and that is the last you hear from them. if you ask them were your order is they tell you it's shipped and to wait, that is all they say is to wait. they don't even know were it is because they don't use tracking numbers.
