I was also ripped off by Geneva Roth. The only way i could get them to contact me and send me the form to be faxedwas this. I e-mailed them and informed them that all I wanted to do was repay my loan. Since they made it nearly impossible to do anything but pay extention fees, I had to play hardball. I informed them that if they didn't give the necessary forms, that I would be forced to close the checking account. cutting off their ability to sleal my money. As you may have guessed, I strangely received an e-mail from Geneva Roth, with all the necessary info. It is unfortunate that only threats will get results, but that is just how these scam artists operate

This company borders on fraudulant activity by withdrawing extension fees as long as you don't return their forms to them "in due time." It is funny that every time I have asked them when to send the form back by, the date and/or time has changed. Not to mention that they never sent me the form via email - as stated in their own contract - in the first place! I understand that I risked this situation, but I truly did not think that companies could operate this way. Excuse me for thinking that other people have the same integrity that I do. BEWARE OR YOU WILL BE ROBBED!!

Well, they withdrew another $90 fee. But, interestingly, under a different name. How many names does this business LEGALLY have??? Geneva Roth Ventures. LoanPoint USA. Now they used GRC Funding as the name for this withdrawal. Very suspicious don't you think?
