Geografixx, Inc They will not deliver!! Cooper City Florida
This is the most unprofessional company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They are rude unprofessional, disorganized and a nightmare to work with. We signed up with them back in April of this year for an eBay store and template design. Initially we insisted that we only pay half upfront and half at completion. It was explained that this was due to what we found on the internet about their company. They responded that the complaints lodged against them were from competitors. They agreed to our terms took half of the money and did nothing. A month later I followed up only for them to say they would have something is a few days. A few days came and they produced a design that must have taken an hour to produce. It looked like something a first year high school designer would put together. When we gave them feedback about the design they got very rude and explained they would not do any additional work until we paid in full. This was not what we agreed to and after many more weeks of fighting with Geo and his wife Evelyn they agreed to complete the revisions.
It is now July and our site is not functional. Links do not work, the site is sloppy, and the spacing is off. The list goes on and on. When I provide updated issues that need to be fixed, they tell in a week it will be done. That week comes and goes with no updates. I spend hours and hours looking at every aspect of the site to provide the list of what needs to be fixed. I then send email after email asking when this will be done only to receive rude and curt responses that I have too many revisions. These are not revisions I am asking for. These are request for them to properly align text boxes with buttons, correct spelling, fix broken links etc.
I have lost countless hours not to mention sales because of this company. They are the worst to work with. 3 months in and I still do not have what I paid for.
I am not a competitor. I have nothing to gain by posting this message. I simply do not want anyone else to go through what I went through. Building an online business is hard enough without being ripped off! If you have a choice between this company and one charging $1000 more, pay the $1000 as you will lose that in your time with them within the first month and in the end you will have to get someone else to do your design.
