Geografixx Geografixx.com, Geograffixx Geografixx STOLE my money, ruined my eBay powerseller account.. STAY AWAY!! SCAMMER! Cooper City, Florida
Paid him nearly $2000 upfront back on Oct 12 2011 to desgin 2 eBay Landing pages, listing templates and storefronts for my Poweseller eBay accounts.
He took nearly 5 months to complete one of the 2.. DID a TERRIBLE JOB!! Never replied to my emails, kept forgetting everything we would discuss from one day to the next. Made a million excuses and even went as far as lying that he had CANCER! Thats right CANCER!
I asked for my money back throughout but he kept asking for another chance. Finally I just accepted the 1 of 2 jobs the way it was and was willing to just cut my losses.

On October 26th 2012 I received and email showing that a charge of $150 was made on my credit card without permission. When I confronted him he advised me that there is a $150 per year for hosting and Maintenance charges. I told him this was never in the quote and allowed him access to me server to migrate the eBay landing page over to my server. He refused to do this and responded by shutting down ALL of my eBay listings.

To make matters worse I found out that Geo was publishing links to my competitor ads right on my site ( I have screen shot
proof of this as well) this was never permitted by me or disclosed to me. (He got lots of click through revenue for this)
As it stands today.. right now my ebay listings, landing page and history have been shut down for over a week right before the holiday selling season. Geo is holding my intelectual property hostage untill I pay him $150 when he still owes me more work. He claims, however: "the hosting for ebay has nothing to do with any other project."

Thank you for your review, please note we do charge all of our customers hosting fees of $150 for ebay templates and $365 for websites, this includes SEO, all changes and customer service and the yearly hosting. You were charged $150 as agreed on October 24th, your hosting expires on October 26th, we also emailed a receipt. Once you advised you were not interested in hosting you were informed you had 2 working days to move your templates to your dedicated server, you were then refunded the $150.00 and your files were emailed to you immediately. All of this information was clearly stated on your quote and it is clearly stated on our website, as explained to you after you demanded "we provide you with free hosting indefinetely or we would pay the price", we do not offer free hosting. Your hosting was cancelled for nonrenewal on the 27th of October as we advised. We aim to please our customer, we have over 13,000 customers in the past 15 years of service and more than 99% of our customers are happy and repeat customers, If you are interested in renewing hosting with us, contact our office at your earliest convenience and we will be more than happy to assist you, or if you have any pending changes please submit them on a support ticket.
