We contacted Georafixx through their website Geografixx.com (ecommerce website design) for eBay Auction Template Services. Geo from Geografixx contacted us back and gave us a price of $484 and sent us a request from Paypal. We requested a completion date of 30 days to complete our ebay Auction template service, which is within the outline of the Terms and Conditions that he sent us. After 30 days passed, and many promises that he was almost done, we had nothing at all, not even a glimpse. After a few more weeks, we finally made a demand for him to show us what he had completed so far and he claimed that it was 95% done. He gave us a website to a very generic template that looked like a third grader put it together in 10 minutes and was not even close to what we had requested. We email him back asking when he was going to be 100% complete so that we could start revisions and we have never heard back from him.
Geografixx to this day (3 months later 3/22/09) has still never responded to our many emails and he does not have a valid phone number to call. We filed a paypal complaint and loss the case because it was a service and he did not have to prove that he delivered it to us. He even gave paypal a fraud site and claimed that it was the site that they completed for us.
Do not use Geograffixx or geograffixx.com for ebay auction template services, or web design. You stand a very good chance of losing your money like us and some of the other many complaints that are out there about this guy. If you are looking for ebay auction templates or web design, go somewhere other than geograffixx or geograffix.com. Try a reputable company instead.

Our goal is customer satisfaction, we always tell our customers that custom design templates can take anywhere from 7-15 business days, some customers change their minds after we have started working on their websites or ebay templates, leaving us with hours of uncollected fees. In this instance, we are dealing directly with paypal to make sure this customer receives a full refund. We understand customer was in a rush for his template and we could not meet his deadline therefore we agree that he is entitled to a full refund. We do not agree to his other charges and accusations, Geografixx.com has been in business for over 10 years and has very few complaints or negative reports, we thrive to please all of customers and work with them when problems arise.
