Incentives at Midway Ford are to sell dangerous, defective worthless wrecks. Conceal known dangerous defects and not disclosed findings. Defects uncovered intentionally overlook for repairs. They surround themselves with ill gotten money and live the life of greedy takers. They are on the lowest level of the human chain, when it comes to morality. They make no effort with reasonable care in protecting others from a foreseeable and unreasonable risk of harm and/or injury. To date owners have condone the criminal acts of selling dangerous cars to the consumer. They do not care, until someone is seriously injure or killed, because of their negligence.
Silence facilitate a crime.
There is no sicerity, integrity and responsibility with management at Midway Ford whatsoever. However they will boast sales in the millions.
