I ordered an DVD box set. I should have known it was too good to be true. Good price and free shipping. Item NEVER ships (it's been almost four months since my order!). Credit card got charge within a day or two of the transaction. Attempts to contact via online contact requests via website and via email are never responded too. Email actually now get's bounced due to their email box being full (probably full of other customer complaints). Status of order never changes to "shipped" always in "processing" state. No phone number or address listed on website, but after some google search, they are located in Florida. They have an online "chat", that has never worked. Total scam! Don't buy anything from them. Hoping I can file a dispute with my credit card company and get my money back.
