The fraudulent Spreelast AG has in May, 2009 her company name in German Rubber Indsutries AG, exchanged with headquarter in Duesseldorf.
Mr. John Rossi offers licensing right's to industrial buyer, among the rest, from the Linde AG and other patentees, to the value of up to 4.5 million EUR.
Only one ailing and old rubber recycling plant has the German Rubber Industries AG in her possession. All recycling technologies of the fine crumb production and devulkanization, which are offered by the AG come from different technology thefts at German companies and private individuals.
The Swindlers are at the moment under protection of German Prosecutors and the knowledge of the German Congress in Berlin.
Stay away from them - its a protection of your own money.

Dear Mr. Gerhard H Krieg it is so easy to defame and slander people and the company using the anonimity of the web. You have nothing except what is already public knowledge, that the company was purchased and paid for. In relation to the final end: I believe that for this technology, this company and the people that have partipated and worked hard (which is clearly not you) in making this real, this is just the beginning.

Messrs. Felix Eugenes Assfalg and John Rossi, also alias Mr. Sposato from Italy and former owners of the Spreerelast, Spreelast AG, last German Rubber Industries AG are deliberate swindlers and history. These both men have done to the savings bank of Sparkasse Menden/Germany a financial harm of approx. 2.8 of million euros by deliberate deception.
For this will have the not layable proof. Notarial contract No. 2274 for 2008 Br from the 22nd of October, 2008. Notary Dr. Florian Braunfels from Duesseldorf Germany.
The public prosecutor's office of Cottbus will have to investigate because of deception and insolvency deception against both men.
Brandenburg LKA criminal office has recently recorded inquiries because of the suspicion of the official's corruption.
Throw your money in the desert, there it is invested much better than to make deals with men called here.

I am the CEO of German Rubber Industries AG (ex Spreelast AG). Everything stated by Mr. Gerhard Krieg is false: These are the facts: We have puchased the assets of this business from the insolvency administrator after his brother's company went bankrupt in August 2004. With the assets we purchased the land, building, machinery and know how. From this moment on we acquired the wrath of Mr. Gerhard. He writes to our customers, suppliers, to various authorities including, as you can see above, anyone from the German Congress to the German Prosecutors. This person is definetely not well, he clearly needs medical help. He is persecuting and attacking me personally and the company I work for and with, simply because he can use the internet as a tool.
