Howard will say one thing and do another. He promises verbally but not in writing. He takes your money and finds ways to keep billing you. He operates as a one man con artist. He is heartless and greedy. The only thing he can guarantee you is that at the end of the day he will have more of your money than you do. He has NO access to lenders to get you ANY financing.

Fraudulent Complaint - Smacks of Loan Fraud Attempted on Global

The complainant and his related party jointly collaborated and willfully misrepresented their financial status, business relationship and qualifications for business financing despite advice and written notifications in advance from Global to refrain from doing so. Complainant also refused to provide financial documentation which they claimed existed and refused to execute documents required for financing with the lender. Once their scam was disclosed during the financing process they terminated our services - in essence due to their actions which backfired on them! Note that we have successfully arranged high end business financing for numerous clients and we also dramatically improved the subject complainant's business credit from poor to excellent within several weeks to prepare the business entity for financing. We are also "A-" rated with the Better Business Bureau of the Southland which governs the Los Angeles area. At Global a legitimate client is our best customer and this complaint is totally frivolous.
