I'm sorry to hear you had a problem with your order. We do take customer service matters very seriously. Which is why we answer our phones during business hours and return all customer service emails and messages. This doesn't mean other problems can't arise and services like Ripoffreport.com are very helpful to clear up any misunderstandings. It sounds as if you had spoken with customer service and they were trying to help you. Usually customer service will want to check with the shipper of the item (UPS/Fedex ect..) to clear up any issues with delivery which would explain why they would be getting back to you with more information. We always do everything in our power to make sure the customer receives their shipment and that the rest of the process is handled properly.
