Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
This company is one of many, and growing fast. They claim to be looking for "entry level marketing liaison". You go in to the interview and the explain they are looking for the right individual, but don't give you any other information.

They explain that a "few" members will be asked back, if you get a call by the end of the day... "pat yourself on the back." At four o'clock I received with the manager telling me they had seen everyone and wanted me back. I had been told the second interview would involve a couple of hours on sight with one of the workers. I returned for the second interview and without any explanation was told to follow the worker in my car.

We arrived at a Cingular store to man a Bellsouth booth. I asked if I was selling anything, and they said... "well we want you to see how we sell so you can know how to manage sales representatives. Don't worry we are hiring for management positions." After watching them chase customers as they were walking out for about two hours.

I was brought to the back where I was given the breakdown. I would "experience" the sales position for about 2 months, then I would begin learning how to manage my own company. This was sounding a lil' like the company quixtar my friend was in so I asked if they company was owned by a larger company. The worker told me that they have a VENDOR company which he said was much like GM to Chevrolet. Yah I'm sure.

I asked if that company had a name and the dreaded words came out CYDCOR. Hmm sounds familiar.

Welcome to the world of DECEPTION and MULTI-LEVEL MARKETING! A few other names I heard being dropped were JNL Marketing and Veritas Markeing. WATCH OUT THEY ARE COMING TO GET YOU!

Global Expectations seems to be mis-understood. Often people looking to work for this company do not take the time to thoroughly research credible information. My sister started working at this company less than five years ago and has been promoted over and over again. She is now about to start managing her own business. She started at the bottom and worked her way up quickly, and LOVES her job. This company has been a great opportunity for her and has offered a stable, pleasant, and lucrative career for her. I believe the rip-off report was made by someone who did not really understand the company, nor does it seem they took the time to. I do not know of any company that is stable and profitable that allows any new employee off of the street to use the company's name and begin managing their own business with the company's money during the first week of employment. It is not rational to expect a company to do this. However, Global Expectations is a company that allows employees to perform well, "move up the ladder" quickly, and manage their own business in a very short amount of time. They also provide a wonderful working atmosphere. If you are looking into working for Global Expectations, PLEASE take the time to ask questions and find credible sources from actual employees and past employees, someone you trust, or even multiple sources instead of one disgruntled anonymous person. It was the break my sister needed to start a wonderful career. She loves her company and loves her job. It seems that is a rarity in America today, so I suggest that anyone take time to know the facts about how the company works or give it a try before ignoring a chance at what could be the career you are looking for.

It is clear that your perception of this position was not favorable for whatever reason. Surely this was not for you, as it is not for everybody. People that are just looking for a weekly check, clock in and clock out, this may not be the place. For people that want to work hard ,continue personal development and advance according to their performance and effort find this an ideal scenario. Great responsibility and promotions are given to those with the proven ability to outgrow smaller ones. Surely one can't feel that anyone can teach or manage someone in something they can't do themselves. The company has done nothing but grow and promote hardworking individuals as fast as each person has shown the capacity and proven ability. As far as the multi-level marketing comment, I won't even respond. You don't have the calibur of clientele such as the ones mentioned ,with that type of business model. That speaks for itself. I wish you good fortune in your future endeavors.
