Global Vita Max JRM Vita Max Billed me for free trial Internet
I ordered 2 different products off of Global Vita MAX and JRX Vita Max which are both the same company, as they were offering free trials of both. A couple weeks later my account was billed $89.95 and $86.95. My bank will not dispute this as supposely the website states in smalll print needs to cancel in a certain amount of time. Also, was told there was an insert stating this with my vitamin delivery. No where in my packaging was there a package insert. When I talked to John who is a supervisor- it's my understanding they send you more than the free trial, and if you do not cancel within the alloted time they charge your account for the additonal vitamins they sent in the same bottle as the free ones. John stated I could return the unused vitamins and be refunded 1/2 the money I was charged, but would be charged a restocking fee as well. First off, I requested a free sample, which was advertised, not anything additional. Secondly, restocking fee? Does this mean they are reissuing the returned vitamins to other consumers, not knowing what the original consumer could have done with the vitamins. Total rip off, and if they are reselling the returned vitamins that's unsafe, and disgusting. I would not recommend them to anyone. As a single mom, $176.90 was an extremely finiacial burden.
