I am not 100% sure what Gloria is trying to accomplish but what she does is ask to see a real estate listing and then proceeds to put a all cash offer in on the property. Once escrow opens and she gives a check for the earnest money deposit. The check comes back several days later as insignificant funds.
Meanwhile she orders a professional home inspection and keeps going on about all that she is going to have done to the house. The check written to the inspector came back insignificant funds too. Gloria then says she will wire the money from her bank on the mainland but this never ends up happening. Escrow does call and says that Gloria has done this serval times in the past.
When you ask Gloria what the deal is she just says sorry and that she will get the money paid but she never does pay back for the inspections. Which was $375. She says she needs to go to the mainland and deal with her bank. I did find her name on another ripoff report and asked her about this and she tells me that she tried to pay the person back if they take the report off. I just want other to be aware of her so that they do not get involved with her.

Gloria A. Vellalos also went through this absurd charade, pretending to purchase a home from me in Mililani. Please be warned.

I just wanted to let others know as of 4/25/16 Gloria is still doing the same thing.
No idea what her motive is, I assume she just likes the attention.
