GMAC use to work with people, now they scam then. Troy Michigan
I purchaced my home on Febuary 28th of 2006 and I fell behind a payment, but was making extra payments on top of my other house payments to get it caught up. I tried to get my home refinanced and they called me to let me know that I was in forclosure. Then they started mailing my payments back to me.
They auctioned my home off on June 25th of 2007 and gave me the option to send them money on the 15 of June and then on the first of July. I am human and am intitled to make a mistake or to go into insulin shock and not to be able to mail the payment in. I am raising my kids by my self and have been treated like I never can do any good. I am trying to get help with problem, because I am a diabetic. People are human and they are not a computer that can do what other people (companies) want them to do when they want it done, I wish GMAC did not sell out to these crooks, because the GMAC I bought my first home through would still be working with me.

I have been waiting to find out what the out come would be on GMAC not taking my home payments and they let me stay for one month because of the Consumer Protection contacting them. The Sheriff came by on the 3rd of October with papers to get out of my home. I want to know why it is legal to stop taking payments and to force honest people out of their homes? I don't know what the out come will be when Consumer Protection looks into this matter, but I do know that this is on my credit history and they did force me out of my home.

The people that bought my home in the auction are now giving me time to fight, because they did mail back my house payments and I was giving a full attempt to pay the bill up in full. I was sent a list of attorneys and have all of my information, checks sent back and bank statements to show that I was giving a full effort to pay the original and the half of payment I was behind back. I am fighting this till the end, I want this taken off of my credit history and if I can't keep my home because they are selfish, then I want all my money returned in full as well as it taken off my credit history.
